I do pretty well as Ryze if the excuse that game you can see in the 3v3.
I just use him as an early/mid game zone/bully champ to gain the advantage in lane by denying the AP mid farm, (I have it really really easy against Fizz, I think I might be a counter to him o.o) and since Fizz is free to play in Solo Q playing Ryze mid is a more than safe bet
