pretty much always win except for bad hand occasions.
One time i was using against an allies deck and they were using halimar excavator to make me put huge amounts of cards from my deck to my grave.
When i had almost 4 cards left i used open the vaults.
Bam! All artifacts and enchantments in my grave, onto the battlefield instantly.

now thats amazing actually... if i could have dome something like that in my very first game last firday i would have raped.
