They don't seem particularily nice/good, but they don't seem mean/bad. So I think you can suggest an alliance.

your war on kick is succeeding, they are considering removing emp as leader (which they cant do) and put cromag in his position, so that you will stop warring them. aslong as the war continues between kick and evil, i consider myself an ally of evil.
