About fl0w.
Although we are quite multi-mod, [fl0w] is primary a wushu clan. So this is our main mod, and we like it. Our clan is based on friendship, so people here know each other pretty well. We are relaxed clan, so basically we just enjoy the game together. Our clan was founded by ex-H&&& members for more freedom in decision making.

Clan policy.
1. General policy.
1.1. Our main mod is wushu. Our style is improvisation.
1.2. We play fair way. No matter what the mod is.
1.3. We value sense of humor and social skills.
1.4. We are not wushu robots.

2. Clan members policy.
2.1. Our clan was founded by whole ex-H&&& clan members* and we all are equal.
2.2. We are all loyal to our clan and trying our best to make it better place.
2.3. Any rank/clan-board-position is chosen by the principle of use it for the benefit of the clan.
2.4. People who are getting inactive should post on inactivity thread. Every inactive member will get removed from toriclan page. But will stay on clan member list on forum until he/she will get active again. This rule applies to everyone. And this rule is created for the sake of toriclan system.

3. Decisions making policy.
3.1. We are democratic clan.
3.2. We vote when we are making decisions. And consider every vote and every suggestion.
3.3. Thats happens that some rare decisions were made without consideration with all clan members. For the clan sake...
3.4 If something goes wrong blame snake... I'm always open for ideas/suggestions, and yes I admit in making mistakes sometimes.

4. Recruiting policy.
4.1. People which are getting recruited/invited must be good in wushu.**
4.2. Our clan is a group of friends. No matter how good a person is as a player, he cant join if he has conflicts even with one single clan member.
4.3. We care about skill of our members, but we care about personality in first place. There is no place for annoying, immature people who rage on everything, and quarreling with everyone in or out the clan.

5. Clan board moderating policy.
5.1. We trying keeping aminimal amount of stickied threads. This implies that stickied threads must be useful/necessary and/or active.
5.2. Any random thread by invaders will go to scrapyard after/or without reply of our members within 1-3 days or so. Depends if this thread is important or not though.
5.3. Every unstickied thread goes to scrapyard if nobody post there within a week.
5.4. There are exceptions: those threads are marked with & symbol. Means it would not go to scrapyard, even if no one ever posted there.

6. Policy with other clans / not clan members
6.1. We are respectful to everyone. Or mostly to everyone. We don't insult/flame/troll people for fun, or without reasonable case***. There is nothing wrong in trolling back if you got offended. Whole that stuff is okay until you defending yourself imo. But only in that case.

* ex-H&&& clan members - clan was originally founded by those players: William, Xhiba, Cough, darkmax89, 8OJ4N, imapirate, Corster, thedarkblood, ChuckNinja, akiz95, BlueBird, iznogood, Smogard49, jeffbeck and snake ;p

Anyway,I would like to debate over these,since we will have a better set of rules.This is a somewhere to start.

Anyway,personally I think we shouldn't use clan rules.Just every situation we pass through it,we analyze it rationally,and then we take our decision about it.We are all different people coming from different civilizations,but I think most of us have common sense.

Anyway,I disagree with 2.4 in clan members policy,although I know your opinion about it snake.But,I think we should be loyal to our clan members,as they are to us.Also,the tori clan system,for me at least,will never be a standard by which a clan is measured.About,trolling and shit like that,well it depends on mood,most people want to act perfect on the internet,and it's easy to do so,but,more honest approach is better,a thing we have over here.
