This is not something that you can use to make us re-think our opinion about you. The decisions now are final. This way you can not say that someone in the staff doesn't want you in just because of a personal grudge (besides, that hasn't and will never happen).
I'm doing this only to let you know what you have to do something about for the next time. If you still want to become a GM, you will work for it. Staff position won't come from just sitting around doing nothing.
This is also completely anonymous, not on the GMs' side, but on your side, too. I won't be telling anyone that you PM'd me about this, not even hampa even if he threatened to permaban my IP.
