Have you seen Tiger & Bunny? I'd suggest you give that a try. At the moment it's one of my favorites this season.

The OSTs from Pandora Hearts, ef - a tale of memories, ef - a tale of melodies, KissxSis, and some of the songs from Zero no Tsukaima's OSTs are amazing. Mainly the "ef - a tale of~~" series. I think they're composed by Tenmon, who created 5 cm/Sec's OST.
