Haha I saw that. But fish gave me an idea.
Why not try social groups. You know each team has it's own group. We wont allow anyone to be able to check the contant, and only the leaders and the team members may join (and even all [secret] members).

And in these groups we will have threads (or whatever you call them), each thread with the recruit's name as the title, so we would discuss about him. It'll make it much more organized in my opinion.
