Do you have proof you sent it to wherever he asked you to send it to before? Paypal keeps logs of stuff like that. If you can prove you did that, it doesn't matter what he says. Especially if he waited 3 months to say anything about it, he's got no legitimate claim to anything. That shit should have been dealt with months ago.
