Am I suppose to do something specific ?

There should be an option to accept the invite somewhere.

I dont know how to post a replay maybe I could just be a single ally.

Replays are uploaded as attachment files which is represented by a paperclip icon on your advanced post menu.

Also the answer is no until I see you play a bit and get to know you better.
