About TT: I dunno, they qualify for DH so i think they aren't that bad. I don't really know what to say about them, I mean, they can play really good, TT is just inconsistent.

You can watch dota games on twitch.com or from the client itself. You can watch from twitch for free, but for the client you need a 'ticket' to the game.

About 5 minutes before the game, they embed the twitch stream on the page of each bet.

Also, I would recommend that you just sell your TC here and use the paypal money to buy some dota items. Protip: never buy from the in-game store, just find the item you want on the steam community market. If you want some cheap (below $1 items), I can get them for you, or maybe we can arrange a trade, but if you want some high end items, I can't help you.

We can play together some time, but only during the weekends.

What are some cases where you should buy from the store?
The only things I can think of are tools. And maybe chests because you want to have a set before the 3 month trading embargo expires.

id buy everything other than sets from the store.
tournaments, compendiums etc.

sets i usually go to the market for.

gotta support valve atleast a little.

id be interested to see if the tax from market trades earns them more than the actual store now. id guess not since theyv introduced the 3 month thing now to promote store sales. or maybe thats just to protect the investment of the creators. i dunno.

I hope they fucking win, because D2L rates the helmet at $3 dollars while lowest price on the market is at the moment $7 (They removed it from the store after some kind of scandal and the price is going through the roof!).
