Just practice more. The problem with most new players is that they quit after their first game because they think the game is too difficult.

We don't have a name yet as we are still bringing on new people and trying out different strategies. I myself like playing any initiator/support role although I'm very versatile.

I won't be on much tonight though because my SAT is tomorrow.

So far, the only advise I can give you is DON'T BE DUMB.

Are you getting hit by creeps and towers? You're being dumb
Are you not buying while you're in the lane? You're being dumb
Are you not holding a homecoming stone? You're being dumb
Did you buy anything but regen at the beginning of a match? You're being dumb
Are you picking your hero within the first minute? You're being dumb

Remember these FOREVER

A lot of those are situational Dom, like only regen first. Bottle mid is very common and viable strategy for heroes that are good at rune whoring. And no tanking creeps? Tell that to legionairre :]
