Then the definition of the "best clan" is changed completely in this case. Is the best clan a legendary and popular clan that would suck ass ingame nowadays, or a pack of new kids who would pwn their faces off, but have no influence in the community?

Lol at the idea that relax all is one of the oldest clans.

clans that are old, have influence and rape ingame and yet are still fun to play with are the best ones.
ie people aspire to make their clan like these clans, or join them.

my opinion is that rawr is that clan when basing the decision on ALL of these aspects combined, although i'm 100% sure that somebody will argue, but won't be able to persuade me otherwise.
like alpha might be the best ingame but they do not have the age yet, and they aren't fun at all to play with cos they're all nooby and such.

Number of wins in tourny doesn't necessarily show anything, seeing as not everybody enters tournaments.
Look more at clan league, where EVERY major clan entered, and urban got raped in like, the first round.

BNCY, SHEEP, NO, spirit and maybe RAWR. The other clans don't really matter to me. Sorry.
