As long as I don't lose the interest in the game and specially the interest in the community I will never leave.
Over the last year I got invitations of a good amount of well known clans and I always said no...and that wont change, not even if I get invitation from MAD!!!

Done changes:

• lowered minbelt
• opened recruitment
• new rank (Trials) added
• new members now start as trial members (Trials)

To-Do:

• recruiting more active members
• running more ingame events (2 each week min)
• regulation of the Elite-member requirements
• slight rework of the application form

Trial members have to prove themselves over a certain amount of time (usually 1month) before they get into discussion for full member. After the trial time the leaders discuss if full membership will be given to the member or if he/she have to prove for another 2 weeks. Trial members can NOT take place at clanwars!
I added this because this is a fair way to see if new member fits into the clan and also gives the new member the chance to see if Aeon is the right clan for him/her.

Some other things:

• no useless votings at the application thread. The votings only take place at the private board and only votings of staff and elite members counts!
• posting of inactivity is needed if you are away for longer than 2days! There are only a handful of exceptions for that
• ingame activity is a must! We are a game-clan, not only a forum-community!
