The opener isn't that bad. Apart from the arms being really stretched out,
I prefer to keep them in a bit more when I start a spar. But then you went from a slow style straight to a rushed move.
Then that twitch at 1387 made me want to kill myself. You still really need to work on keeping your shit smooth.
The punches aren't that bad but at 1304 you jump on the floor (which makes sense because you were just hit)
But its really hard to tell what's going on because of how quick you recovered. So It just looks like you lose balance... which isn't good.
The recovery doesn't even look nice either, putting the hand to the floor and flipping just doesn't look right at all.
The kicks aren't bad but around 1200 where you jump again is terrible. The launch is bad and the kick is bad.
Not to mention your elbows are over contracted and look wrong. The jump didn't flow well at all either.
From there on it gets much better and much smoother. You said the end was the worst bit but I think it was by far the best.
