You need to speed up the turn into the skeet to make it smoother
Keyframes on the middle replay were very jumpy

Medium, my computer's fucking trash so I'll just set it to high then it will be at about 20 fps, then set the speed(in sony vegas) to 1.5 to make it look 30fps, will that work?

Ya, you should be able to fix any frame rated problems by speeding the clip up in sony vegas.
