Ok, so after getting some really good feedback from the suggestion of this idea and a conversation with Gerkkou, we have decided to go forward with it.

Junior members are now welcome to Hybrid (Brown - Black belts) They will carry a different tag (Hybrid-J). And will not be able to test recruit etc.

All members please to your best to help out the juniors as much as you possibly can, this should hopefully help out Hybrid a fair bit.

how will we recruit trainees, or will there be a thread for trainees to join?
