My work started again so i might be a bit inactive sometimes so yeah.
Ill be on everyday dont get me wrong but not as much as usually ;)

listening to something always helps me sleep. usually put on a podcast or some lofi/vaporwave music when i'm heading to bed, cuts down the time it takes me to fall sleep from hours to minutes

Either some podcasts or, what really helps me is white noise/brown noise.
Feels weird at first but really helps.

Marijuana helps me sleep, I get pretty bad insomnia when I dont smoke.
My advice would be to workout before you go to bed tho, you'll have no energy to stay awake.

Do we have any replay makers in the clan yet? Either way, I want to help recruit ladz or lassez I dont assume gender dw ladz.

I wish I could say everythings been fine but ive had a pretty shitty week.
I got kicked off my course at college and the charger port on my phone is broken so I don't have a phone anymore.
My new class if full of retards, I literally have like 2 frends now.
