No but really, getting your self confidence up is a nice idea. Do not point out the flaws you have to you, rather point out the pros.

Well.. I was bullying by my class for years. Wasn't able to do anything to protect myself..

Well, i did get bullied like ALOT by this one guy, it led myself into thoughts of suicide that i still have today. It only became worse when one of my best friends ever turned on me and ganged up with him.

Well.. there's just one thing to make you feel better.. most ppl who bully someone have no self-esteem and feel threatened from their victim.
