Currently there is no way to get no-qi plasma force for tc. User can't do no-qi transfers and we don't plan to start doing them anytime soon. You can however buy a no-qi plasma force from torishop with $ or look for a 'plasma pack', which consists all plasma items, is no-qi till it's opened and someone could possibly sell it for tc (however, how much would that be, I don't know).

Seem like this flame was crafted not so long ago.
I've seen similiar flame but it was made around 2009 tho.
