Toriibash is no longer in Hybrid (he is on the Kicked/Non Existing list), that was a short amount of time he was with us .

I haven't discussed this with Gerkkou yet, but I want to see what you guys think anyway. I'm not even sure if it’s a good idea yet just that it’s an idea.

What if we were to introduce a junior member rank to Hybrid that allowed members from Brown belt - Black Belt to join? This would allow us to gain new members, who would turn into regular members (reach 2nd Dan) fairly quickly. It would help us get the clan board really active with more members. Some of the more experienced members could pass on some of their skills to the new members.

Junior members would obviously not have all the rights a Hybrid member has like not being able to invite members and would have to a wear a different tag.

I will discuss this with Gerkkou next time I see him on MSN, in the meantime please tell me what you think.
