What program do you use,and how to make it?

Im upset, you guys mention art and I see no ANIME going on? Wtf!? Anime ASAP! My anime flash creations are at school :S
Also Random Question, which course in game designing shall I take, The Animating (which I'm really good at actually) The Programming (based on what I know I can make a simple platformer or the Designing (Which I find fun and time consuming on Blender)

@Tricerafi: using sony vegas pro,is eazy the basic is using windows movie maker if you can use that then use sony vegas
