I saw [Urban] has one, we need one.

even if we did, that'd be too expensive in terms of tc (for me at least).
I know xarus has a nice ground texture of RA, i made a post in the art thread you should be able to see it there. But i'm not sure we actually *need* one, urban has it, flow has it, alpha has it etc. Meh on the other hand, it wouldn't be such a bad idea, but i'm too poor for that :d
