It seems like that ( The second bit). Look, clans don't exactly give you fame unless your are like the co leader or something.

I was saying that some clans such as tint, inq, Silver etc.

Have a large number of members(if not all of them) are famous to a certain degree. I'm not saying the clan gives you fame. Just that a large portion of the members are famous.
