Relax alot. Don't extend your muscles one way then the next few frames make it contract. A fun exercise I learned from [Secret] is to turn dq on and after every frame relax but you can only move 2 muscles at a time.
[EDIT] don't fight, just try to stay on your feet. put your turn fames pretty high too.

They used to do that ingame once a month or so, I believe.
I dunno if they do anymore, haven't seen them in ages.

Hmm, so you're saying just to not contract and extend joints hastily? Alright, I think I can do that.

When you want the joint to go the other way give it a frame or two relaxed then when it slows down change directions.
