well its not to bad... try working a bit more on it
and dont make straight lines when it comes to cloth... you have to make it look like its filled with air
so you have to work hard with depth....

maybe it was missing some sync (but was ok in sync)
and there was a transition that bugged (0:08-0:09) the cut wasnt clean

Less keyframes. The more frames between each keyframe makes it smoother and less rushed.
