Endurance Onslaught 6.0
perfectly as in c/p the old picture and just use something like blender to rotate it into a different position

then turn it back into a 2d object and brought to paint so I can export it as a png so I can reopen it with gimp 2.8 and edit it some more since it's in a new position

I gave you a watch, friend. ;P

You work on gimp?
That's great! I like when people make great art
using inexpensive/free tools.
The past makes you wanna die out of regret, and future makes you depressed out of anxiety. So by elimination, the present is likely the happiest time.

yes
beware
the goblin
did you c/p the eyes? because they don't fit the kind of character you were going for :o

hand making the eyes makes most anime characters, so if you c/p them to something of your own design, it doesn't originally fit the profile, and therefore stands out a bit.
But from what I'm seeing, it looks like you're c/ping most of the body/arms, because they don't seem to match. With some of your own detail done to shading etc.
I'm not very well knowledge with male chibi's, so I can't put much input in.
And I can't say, combat based chibi's aren't a thing, I'm just no good at them. Blending in your body parts would be a great way to start :o

although I sort of hope your joking because I know you're quite good with art :o
hacks, it was meant to be a warrior knight.
I made the eyes and placed right, but it lost the childish look of chibies wiuth this muscles.
I will do a smaller body on the next.
wait one more tomorrow.

hacks, give me tips.

I am not experience in drawing Chibi characters at all,
but after seeing yours, I couldn't help but feel like
giving my thoughts on it.
Like Hacks said, the face does appear to be from another
source. I'm not saying that it is bad to take reference
from other works when you're drawing for your self, but
it looks like you just picked which ever male face you
thought was 'cuter'. That being said, it doesn't fit the
style of the entire drawing.
If you started with the face, you should've conformed
to they style of the face, which is kinda chubby and
round -- the typical proportional style for chibi
characters.

As I'm not that good at explaining things with words, I
though I'd give an example of what the style of the face
would make the body out to be.
I used the same eyes/face you had, just gave him a different
expression:

Drawing

I just drew on some random mail I had next to me, so ignore
the text, and I drew in pen, so mind the guidelines, but as
you can see, just making the body wider and rounder gives
the character a more 'cute' and chibi look. And yes, the
muscles don't fit chibi characters all that well, so you should
not use them, or maybe tone them down a bit.
The past makes you wanna die out of regret, and future makes you depressed out of anxiety. So by elimination, the present is likely the happiest time.
thanks, after hacks critique I realise how I was far from chibbi looking character.

Thanbks thepirateking, You helped too.
I am making another.
