I like the idea of this thread.
Lately I've been fighting against my anger problems, insecurities, and other issues about myself that bother me (these things have been a part of my life for at-least 5 years). For the past 4 days or so I've been noticing improvements in my overall well-being and i seem to be a lot happier and more "at peace".
Just thought i would put this here to start off, even if this thread doesn't work out too well then at-least i shared something important that not many people knew about.
