mafia has been under the worst leadership and organization i've ever seen.

I used to be part of Mafia, when emoboy was still leader. Since then I've only seen this clan falling deeper into regression. When will MAFIA become the clan it was when I used to be in it?
If i missed something about various leaders like toricash and such falling out of power, sorry.
