Hello

I finished the season as platinum, and in one of the rewards was a warrior pack, which for some reason, simply disappeared, I had even activated it in game, however it disappeared from my tori and from my inventory.

Oh, and one more thing, I also won a wildfire pack, and yet it did not disappear as the warrior pack.
