PROTIP: Send money from Paypal to Steam to buy stuff from shop/market

I'd REALLY prefer Steam stuff like Dota 2 items and card sets.
Currently looking for the following (prices are rough estimates from RUR to USD at 9k/$):
Dota 2:
Legion Commander Arcana - 290k TC
Offers that will depend on market price.

Card sets:
4xDeus Ex - 30k per set
4xSkullgirls - 56k per set
Offers that will depend on market price

I have to use this way of trading because I'm not sure Paypal operations work for me, but if you really don't want to throw money to Steam to buy the stuff from the list, you can always PM me so we can try to work something out.
