Is it allowed that someone abuse his "Server Owner" powers?

Because seriously, i have seen 3 people in a row that does that, nudging without permission or just kicking without any Warning or something, i am getting tired of it, so i would like to report someone (a Green Belt) that is abusing powers and even Hacking threatening. His name is SonKame, it's getting annoying so please do something about it :/ (I also have some screen Proofs).

I am doing this because please, I am starting to think that Toribash was better before, So much Bad and Non-Mature People... (Or maybe it was really better before)
