Welcome to Magna Historia #1: A tale from the history of Fabula Magnus!
How does one participate?
Just apply! Come to our channel, #magnus, and we will talk to you. You also have to be a member of the Fabula Magnus organization to play. You do not have to be part of the Fabula Magnus RPG, though, so no worries if you aren't. When making a character, fill out this sheet. For a list of houses, check this out.
What of conduct?
Just be ready to make compromises. All of the Fabula Magnus RPG rules and the Fabula Magnus Organization rules apply.
What exactly am I getting into?
This is based on the history of the FMRPG, so the core gameplay is pretty much the same. However, there will be even less magic in this version, and only one nation, which is in revolution. We try to be as realistic as we can.
Who are the GMs?
Thorn is the main GM, who controls the entire game.
RayA75 and Enzu will handle the smaller stuff.

What's the story, here?
Read this. The story follows Galt Medeis's revolution. The story is set in the beginning, when open conflict has started and it is officially civil war. There are a lot of parts here, so just come to our channel and we will explain everything.
Characters:
Name: Bryce J. Caryotte

Somewhat destructive internally. Morally unstable, but not corrupt. Brilliant politician and military strategist.
General Profession: Politician, able general.

ingame.) Raised learning about warfare and politics. Uses unorthodox but effective tactics.More tentative with Magnomis than anything. Wants to settle rebellion diplomatically, before he has to fight the Medeis.
Equipment: (anything I or other GMs don't like will be argued, and your character will be
frozen until a compromise is made.)
Has a decorated, custom made arming sword. Double bladed tapered blade, with a decent width and a fuller running the length of the blade starting a few inches from the cross guard. Thirty-five inches long. The cross guard is swept as to fit over the hand comfortably but symmetrically, lacks finger loops, but makes up for it with impeccable balance. The handle is red leather. It normally rests in a brownish-reddish leather scabbard, with gold designs flowing through it and a steel tip. Bryce usually wears it in a sword belt on his left hip, but it is often hidden by his clothing. Carries his lapel pin at all times. Also wears his shoulder cape as common dress, but usually reversed.
Also has a personal sigil. A silver dragon races upwards in a slither on a blood red field with its mouth agape exhaling icy blue frost. The dragon is surrounded by four pairs of crossed swords placed as if they were on corners of an invisible star, with the top point of the star the head of the dragon.

Good duelist. Can handle his own in unarmed combat, even against armed enemies.

Age and other info: (birthdate, blood type, anything you want (optional)) Naudius as well as Naudia is the same age as Galt.
Description: (appearance, personality, etc) Naudius: Stern in appearance and stern in spirit. Salt and pepper hair, full beard and mustache salt and pepper as well. Always has his mid back length hair pulled back into a ponytail. Face and body covered in scars. Naudia has beautiful black hair and a soft face, she appears to have never done a day of work in her life.
General Profession: Entertainers of a WIDE variety.

ingame.) Naudius is the head of the Cantus household which while not especially big in name, spreads all over the lands. Naudius grew up with Galt and is still a close friend and occasionally his personal "jester". Naudia is Naudius' twin sister she is the more gentile and proper of the two. She specializes with fitting in with high class folk given her soft beautiful appearance.
Equipment: Will be Addressed Ingame.
General and special abilities: Acting, Espionage, Assassinations, Can play damn near any instrument with relative ease, Acrobatics, Any circus style entertainment(Juggling,Knife Throwing,etc), Makeup.

Description: Terme is very tall with an athletic build. He has luxurious, straight, black hair worn in a complex, handsome style. His skin is light-colored and his eyes narrow, the color of an overcast sky. He is withdrawn on the surface, but inquisitive underneath. He has an evasive personality, yet he is understanding, observant, cunning, and tolerant.
General Profession: Personal Guard to the head of the household
Background story:
Beginning basic swordplay systems at the young age of three, Terme found a fast passion for active learning. He was taught nothing but basic footwork, guard maneuvers, and strikes until he was seven when he began his schooling. He continued his training alongside his schooling and his instructor began emphasizing the intricacies of combat. During the first of these lessons, his instructor took him to the forest and they observed the fauna and flora.
“If we look at a tree, we see something that twists; moulds; grows; changes. Something vivid in detail, full of unpredictable curves and multi-angled surfaces that have the power to destroy, while at the same time providing life to myriads of creatures. The tree is organic — it adapts to the environment, growing toward the light and around obstacles, through them, pushing them out of the way when necessary. Its beauty is diverse and it is innately powerful. It can remain strong even when its limbs are at extreme angles. This is the nature of the fight. It moves fluidly, dynamically; always changing; often similar but never the same. The body is organic. It is an organism and it is created for dynamic movement. My catch cry is this: The body is made to move. It is made to adapt to unpredictable, organic situations. Therefore, because we use the body to fight with, the fight is organic. Rather than learning only certain drills for fighting (“If you do this, I’ll do that,”), it will be better to learn the principles of movement during a fight (“If I allow my body to function in this way, it can adapt to anything you throw at it,”). It’s not about straight lines and rigid plans of attack (although systems certainly help). It’s about allowing our bodies to do what they’re made to do — move organically, adapting to the environment rather than working against it.”
The instructor began teaching Terme, extensively, the layers of combative decision making, assuring that as his skills continued to develop, the procedures became subconscious and instantaneous. He instilled in him the importance of judgment, spatial awareness, and knowing one’s opponent. They covered foot placement, distance, direction, pace, space, place, timing, indirection, motion, action, inaction, general and continual motion, progression, regression, traversing, treading of ground, blows, thrusts, feints, doubles, slips, breaking of thrusts, closings, grips, wrestlings, counters, guardant fight, open fight, variable fight, close fight, and of utmost importance, accuracy.
At sixteen, Terme was excelling in school and truly perfecting his craft. It was then that he discovered his love for hand to hand combat. He was introduced to a world class pugilist and became determined to learn all there was. He began challenging friends to spars, but the unfamiliarity of being unarmed threw him. He lost each of the initial fights, but this did not deter him. He began applying his training and combat knowledge and quickly overcame the others, one by one. His ability to adapt was becoming a favored tactic.
By twenty-one Terme had entered the world of pugilism. Initially, he was met with easy wins, but as he progressed the victories were fewer and less frequent. Still he remained determined. With each loss he learned all that he could from his opponent and continually adjusted his training to accommodate the discrepancies. With this, his prominence began to rise once again. He rose through the ranks and became the champion, holding the title for five years, until Lord Noxus, the head of the household, approached him to guard his person.
His unwavering faith in the family has made this job ideal for him. He makes it his utmost responsibility to protect and serve Noxus in any way he deems fit.
Equipment: A hand-and-a-half, dark hued katzbalger. Its grip made of gold inlaid with alexandrites with a pommel shaped like a fist.
A suit of mail for combat, worn with a cloth bearing the mark of the Abilitus household.
Under normal circumstances, his wardrobe is often classy and professional.

12. *Illegitimate son of a noblewoman of Medeis and her lover a common soldier of the miles house. Raised by his father to be a warrior. His father died in the first fights against the humans, His mother is traumatized from the being brutally torn apart from her only son and never attempted to contact him. Leaving his father to care for him when he was young. Overwhelmed with angst because his mother never tried to contact him and his father who'd cared for him and showed him how to become the warrior he is today was now dead, he is now alone and in the middle of a large rebellion faction placed on the front lines of the war.

Description:
As a short haired, tanned man, Flahr has no trouble standing out in a crowd, and try as he might to blend into a crowd, his scars and tattoo's make him quite a memorable person. His only advantage is his average height, but even that is offset by his bulky build.
Having no issues with who the client is, his quests often take him outside of the law.
Along with that, Flahr has has his fair share of blunders and close encounters with most of the houses and death itself. This, paired with his normally blunt personality leaves very little room for compromise and patience. Those who tend to beat around the bush can find him off putting or downright rude.
His experiences can push him to act without thinking, however, the bigger the prize, the more precautions are taken.

Background info:
Brought up in the Prima house, Flahr was trained from a child to be a warrior. Quickly taking to combat classes, he showed a decent proficiency for blades. As he grew older, his father managed to scrape enough coin together to give him tutors and Flahr managed to specialize in daggers. As a graduation present, Flahr's father spent what remaining coin he had to buy him a custom made set of daggers. Later that week, tragedy struck; Flahr's father, a city guard, was struck down while doing his rounds. He was not killed, but could not continue to work due to his injuries. This forced Flahr to... find... things to keep his family afloat. Keeping the daggers close by as a sentimental reminder of why he got into this business, he also recognized that he truly enjoyed his work.
Flahr now provides for his mother and father, making sure they have enough to keep a roof over their head and food on the table.

Name: Damon Magnomi

Age and other info: 22. Born on 1st of November.
Description: White caucassian male. Has different color in each eye (heterochromia). Almost 6 feet tall, moderately muscular build. Normally wears Magnomi Royal outfit consisting of a large blue cloak with woolen collar with other extravagant garments. Humble and cold personality with a great sense of loyalty. Remains positive and extremely calm even in most critical situations.
General Profession: Previously: Military Student. Currently: Magnomian Military Strategist And Tactician.
Background info: Born into the High Magnomi Royalty, to the brother of Atticus Magnomi, Jansen Magnomi. As a member of high royalty in the nation, he received the best education, both in art of war and poilitcs. His poilitcal prowess amazed other magnomis, even though he showed great lack of interest in politics. In his early teens, he was trained in meditation, strategy and mostly in physical combat, trained in all by highly capable trainers. He soon rose to the rank of magnomian military. Not so long after he turned 20, the assassination attempt on his Uncle Atticus Magnomi took place which made him intolerant towards the Medeis. He had an urge to go on a real military campaign. He waited for the right opportunity and he got it when Magnomi's Military Marshall, after realizing his potential, made use of his abilities by adding him to the ranks of military tacticians deployed to end the civil war.
Equipment: A 37 inch long sword, named Justicia, crafted from finest iron in Magnomi Royal Armory, decorated by Magnomi house sign on the hilt. A Light, Dark blue colored, full body plate armor which provides a good amount of freedom in movement. A horned helmet that bears the Magnomi house sign between two horns. A royal armored horse.
General and special abilities: Good strategist and a combatant at the same time. No other abilities.
Serah Cantus, Enzu's character. Died of debilitating blood loss from a reopened stab wound.
