Alot of it is practice, practice, practice. I can say that with a cork, making sure your arms and legs raise at the same time is essential to a well laid out cork. Also, use your glutes to the best of your ability to get your rotation.ppay with extension and contracting of each glute to get a perfect rotation. At the end of your launch, make sure to extend your glutes to get a better rotation as well.
I'm no pro at tricking, so I'd talk to roi or any other tricker for more tips about how to properly do a cork. Hope this helps!
