Is there any way to get an active member moderator permissions here?

Oh, it just seems that the only people with moderator permissions are really inactive, so our roster isn't updated and if there were any changes to the clan, they couldn't be made.

Who has the most seniority here out of the active members?

Whoever that is should message one of the clan moderators (like Gynx), explain to them what the situation is, and request a provisional replacement of the moderator with the least seniority here (Hotshot, by the looks of it).
