how do i show you a replay

When you're typing a post, click the button that says "Go Advanced".
Then click the button that says "Manage Attachments"
A window should pop up, then browse through your computer until you find the replay you want (Go to My Computer > Hard Drive/Vista/XP/Windows 7 > Games > Toribash > replay)
Double click the replay and it should take you back to the previous window.
Click "Upload", close the little window and then post your reply. Your replay should be posted.
