Try the same thing just using /set tf 10

Open the replay in notepad and find this line of code

NEWGAME 0;500 10 15 0 0 1 100 0 0 parkour_city_d.tbm 0 0 100 0 0 0 1 0 2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0.000000 0.000000 -30.000000 0 0 0

Change the 500 to the turn frames you want
