That expression is just the native speak of the internet used to define new comers on a group or cult, being secret a cult of some sort and secret lacking its own term for newcomers we go by the default term being newfags, we also use this not only for you new comers but for others, being myself a originalfag along with aikido,aakash and teague per example , and ejm being a oldfag due to his long stay with the cult.
