I am just wondering if I and your clan can be allies, yet I don't know if this is illegal in toribash now.

Reasons: I would like to make friend with he clan member and get to know you guys more in the future.

The new rule about Ally apps and good luck posts is mainly aimed at new clans who get their DSC spammed with those type of posts. If you're applying to an official clan which has an ally application thread then it's fine.
