Well, The Hair looks to Simple, you tried to make it realistic so make the hair More detailed.
For the Face, Nose is too big and Creepy, there are many nose reference in google that can help you with it, For the Eyes. If you see it Clearly. You will see the Difference between the left one and right one. Seems the right one is Bigger than the others. Fix it
The Mouth is okay for me, but the ears seems to be very blury.

Gah, don't pick random colors. I don't really like the color choice on this. Colors that expressed the mood a bit more would have been great.

The mouth is kind of off too. Overall it feels very flat. If you added some depth around the face, it would have helped a lot.

Mapping is bad,

hair is really strange,
the edges are just at the same form and direction,
put more flow to the hair,
and give it realistic movement effect.

change the moustache in color and shape to fit the hair,
Mouth is too thick make it more thin,
nose lines is just weird, give it a shape, not a line.

the hair shadows is just in one color,
pink color,
shadows are normally black,
if not a darker color than the part that is with below.

the head is better than other ones,
nice improvement.
