i`m making textures and i`m newbie.
i actually know how to make shadows,but when i go Filters--->Lights&Shadows--->drop shadow it adds me a shaddow,but when i save the picture in .png format then i can`t see the shadow...
why`s that?

Strange.
I dont know why this happens, but you can make a screenshot and crop the picture out.
At least you have got the texture then.

Are you merging the layers together? When a drop shadow is create it creates a new layer.

Try "Select All" and then Rightclick-layers-merge layer down?

You should totally ask MRootz to help ya srsly, i payed him for some help and dam i have no problem with textures now

Don't ask no one to help you.
And don't use drop shadow, or other filters, theyre just shit.
Do it manually, practice, and the outcome is awesome textures.
Trust me.
