Some criticism, comments, and tips would be nice! Haven't started on the body yet.

That head looks pretty good Paine, the orange wing ears thing looks kind of silly try to make them longer or something, also you should remove the helmet on his cheek I think it will look better without it.

still think toms head needs that shadow under the helmet like in the ref pics, wil clean shit up slightly around there

ezeth, meh, its not doing much for me hey. shading seems a bit... flat/bland.
the nose/snout thing looks a bit... um... off, like youre looking at the snout from straight on and are losing the depth. think a nose more like the gorilla in your sig would have worked better.
teeth arent smooth/pixelly and awkward.
and it LOOKS like it was made in 64x128 then mirrored. which i know that alot of heads are made like that, but some are just starting to look like it...
