I don't like Essence at all well at least 3 members I joined Essence aikido room and I kept winning I was using Clap and grappling and other techniques they kept calling me a noob I said only noobs Shovel they said No pros shovel etc etc and then they started leaving midgame so yeah I was getting flamed by inexperienced blue belts and black belts.
