Im trying to make some single player head passing replays but its too difficult to get distance if you decap uke. How do you self decap?

ok a good self decap is :
contract elbows
raise shoulders
space X3
contract pecs
extend neck
put hands in grab mode
space X4
contract wrists
extend elbows
space

....and voilр XD
I know a faster self decap (like 30 frames) but it's a secret XD
