Hey sorry didn't know where to ask this but was wondering why my global rank is so high considering my elo is fairly decent.

I have an elo of 1696.0 but my rank is 1305.

This seems very off to me, considering I've seen people with ranks very close to mine but with an elo rank of stuff like 1660, and was wondering if there's something I'm missing here.
