Actually i find it depends on the time of day you play.
i find anywhere between 6AM and 3PM to be awful times for me to play as its plagued with idiots. well for me atleast

its 1v1 Multi arena server so the more people who decide to play the more variation in rounds =] il also be adding an ELO plugin and a web page that tracks your stats and ranks you on the server
