PingPing19: Yes, that was it, but you shouldve raise one hand so you are not fully above your opponent.
You can move yourself up and down (or you opponent down and up) from your opponent with one hand raised.
If you contract the elbow of the raised arm and extend the one if the lowered arm you will move up (opponent down).
And reversed elbows to get your opponent up and you down.
