Pubs are really terrible. Ruining my W/L ratios

IMO playing support in solo queue should be limited to players who have played at least 500 games, have a positive W/L, and have played at least 100 games as support in stacks. Pub supports are the most terrible people I've ever seen. Blink/forcestaff on support rubick? REALLY? Not buying wards, no stacks for me to farm, a few pulls but into stacked camps (welcome to 2012 hurr durr), stealing farm, pushing lanes...
