regarding this if you still dont know how to, there is no 4.5 officially out, so you will have to go to Support> Beta Releases> Toribash 4.5 beta2 (windows). the link to download it should be there.

you either have a crappy internet connection, something wrong with your toribash, or your computer is not able to run properly as the quality is too high and it is making you lag out and crash. best solution right now is to reinstall toribash. if it persists try your internet and if thats not it ask someone how to edit your defaults.
