Yeah, i downloaded it and every 30 mins or so it tells me i need to upgrade

blackmart doesn't work on my phone so i have 1Mobile to download free, downloaded Pda+ which is basically foxfi just a different coder, i have a different app that blocks the message for going over the data limit, but doesn't block it on foxfi. it's been pretty stable so far
