I'm digging the colors quite a lot in this piece.

The shape of the face is nice, but some of the proportions are off. It seems to oblong, or high, like it was stretched. The small pupils make the eyes seem huge, so you should try to balance out the pupil size with the total eye size.

The nose seems a bit flat, this could be a shading error though, with noses, especially feminine noses, the bridge could curve and go further out at the tip of the nose, from the angle she's at, you should see more of this.
Everything else looks decent.

My biggest complaint is probably the eyes, which you could easily fix wit ha bit of painting over.
